Founder & CEO

Damien Mc Mahon, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Slainte Engineering Ltd, holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, is a Chartered Civil Engineer, and is currently an Executive MBA candidate.

With 28 years of experience in the global construction industry, Damien is a transformational leader in the power and infrastructure sector. He has successfully delivered seven major power projects across three continents, bringing deep technical and commercial expertise across conventional power plants and large-scale infrastructure developments.

He has led diverse, multi-cultural teams to execute complex, state-of-the-art projects with a strong customer-focused approach. His leadership philosophy is built on innovation, operational excellence, and a relentless commitment to quality outcomes.

Outside of professional life, Damien is a certified scuba diver and enjoys exploring underwater environments to depths of 30 metres.
